Who We Are

The Hispanic Entrepreneur Initiative - HEI Florida - is a 501(c)(3) organization established in 2019 to support immigrant founders committed to create and grow successful businesses in the United States.

Empowered entrepreneurs

build sustainable futures

We foster economic prosperity by training entrepreneurs to create, formalize, and grow successful businesses in the U.S. market. At HEI Florida, we help founders and small business owners navigate the system, understand U.S. business culture, and plan strategically for long-term success.

Through education, hands-on training, and access to resources, HEI Florida serves as a trusted gateway to entrepreneurial and small business success in the United States—empowering individuals to turn ideas into structured, scalable, and sustainable businesses.

How We Create Impact

HEI Florida works through strategic partnerships and alliances with local and regional organizations, including financial institutions, corporations, chambers of commerce, higher education institutions, government entities, diplomatic corps, economic development agencies and nonprofit partners.

Together, we deliver life-changing entrepreneurial programs that strengthen businesses, increase access to capital, and contribute to local economic growth—benefiting both present and future generations.
